It doesn't really lessen the gap though, it just adds even more power creep. Skill damage on helm, area damage on gloves instead of mainstat, similar for jewellery, even weapons. Well yes, it would be worth it for many people. The second one is to let people use their gems, and so people get something more out of greater rifts, not just paragons and 1% upgrade chances.īut if you make the same questio in a year or two, without blizz changing the paragon system. Mainstat worth less and less, and skill damage, or are damage, or life%, anything, not mainstat gives more marginal toughness or damage.įor now, the answer is "NO", because what this recipe does, is lesseing the gap between low and high end paragons, by giving more mainstat, so every point of mainstat worth less. I mean at infinite paragon level, unless they change it. If this is just bad RNG, it’s pretty atrocious - assuming equal chance for each Rank 3 roll, 0/12 is less than 0.8%.You question is valid even without Caldesann. I have leveled 12 Stains to Rank 3 all rolled the negate affixes or pool collects orbs abilities. Problem is I can’t get Stain of Sin to roll the extra rift orb affix. It seems like an excellent item for a support (especially since I’m doing 2-person group with an AoE build - really helps vs elites). I think Stain of Sin with the extra progress orb affix would be the best option for weapon Shard. Please correct me if I’m wrong, I have a good Rank 3 Anguish that I can switch to. Second - I’m not using Anguish (other player is using and AFAIK the bonus doesn’t stack). I wear the GoD set Helm, drop RoRG from cube, and stick FoT in cube so I can wear Hellfire Amulet. First - does Leoric’s Crown work with Soul Shards? I was under the impression that it doesn’t if I’m right then pretty much any Helm would be better. This guide was a helpful starting point but I have a couple comments and a question. Have made good progress with Shadow Impale.
